  • Order & Shipping Policies

    • All tuber sales are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
    • Our goal is to begin shipping the first week of April and finish by mid-May, but we are weather-dependent. If temperatures are too cold for safe shipping, we will adjust as needed. We appreciate your patience!
    • If we experience storage loss and are unable to fulfill part of your order, you will have the option of a replacement tuber of equal value, if available, or a refund for the affected item.
  • What to Expect from Your Order

    • Each tuber is individually bagged and packed with care.
    • Every tuber is inspected before shipping and guaranteed to have at least one visible eye. If you have any concerns regarding your tuber you received, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so it can be addressed.
    • While we do everything we can to provide healthy, viable tubers, we cannot guarantee their growth once planted, as environmental factors like weather, pests, and soil conditions are beyond our control.
    • We follow strict sanitation practices to reduce the risk of disease, including disinfecting tools between cuts and removing any plants that show signs of virus.
  • Receiving Your Order

    • Check your package immediately upon arrival! Any issues must be reported within 48hrs of delivery. We will reference tracking records for this date.
